Wyong - Race 7 4:55pm AEDT
This is an open race, but Lifetime Quest really does appeal at the current odds of $6. He raced well without winning in his first two race starts and he broke through for a maiden race win with a classy victory at Gosford. The barrier draw is slightly awkward and he will need a touch of luck in running, but he is a horse with plenty of upside and the current price available is big overs.
Seymour - Race 1 1.30pm AEDT
Blonde Disposition failed to record a win during her maiden racing campaign, but she wasn’t disgraced in the Edward Manifold Stakes and the form coming out of that race has proven to be very strong. She maps to get a lovely run in transit with Daniel Stackhouse in the saddle and on exposed form she does look to have a genuine edge over the rest of this field.
Seymour - Race 4 3:00pm AEDT
Tower Road has raced well without winning during his racing career to date and he was only narrowly denied behind Lunar Flare at The Valley last start. He has drawn wide, but he is a horse that does have early speed and it would not surprise to see Linda Meech ride him aggressively in the early stages of this contest. This is her chance to record a maiden race win.
Seymour - Race 8 5.00pm AEDT
Grand Crown has recorded four wins from his ten race starts and he proved far too strong for his rivals at Sale last start. He still has the scope to improve on that performance and if he does that he will go to a level that will be very tough to beat. He will be able to make his own luck right on the speed and it would be a surprise if the price of $3.90 lasts come jump time.
